This dog is being fostered in Oklahoma and must be adopted within the Dallas, North Central Texas or the southern Oklahoma area.

Introducing Austin. This little guy has a shiny golden coat, which matches his heart of gold. He is ready for a forever family, and promises to steal your heart.
Austin came to CRT from a local shelter, where they had found him as a stray. After no luck locating his family, they contacted CRT and we gladly accepted this handsome little guy into our program.
Austin loves to play, and adores the foster doggie sisters in his foster home. He has become quite the ladies man as he spends countless hours with them having fun. One of his favorite activities is basking in the sun. When the sun catches his golden coat just right, it will take your breath away. He is that handsome! Austin also loves to take walks on his leash. So if you love taking daily walks, Austin wants to be your walking buddy.
After his play time is over, Austin seeks out his humans. He loves his people! Austin will shadow you around the house. He will follow you and help you with whatever household chore you may have. When the chores are done, he will get up on the perch on his favorite chair and watch the house for you. Or he will head over to your lap for some love!
Austin is very smart. He is potty trained. He also has a great "sit" command. He quickly learned to sit on the snack mat in his foster home in hopes of receiving a treat. He is a sharp little guy, and we believe he can learn even more commands with additional training.
Austin is about 1 1/2 years old and is about 6 pounds, a perfect size. He will do great in a home with other small dogs. He should also be great with children - he loves everyone.
Austin is neutered, micro chipped, up-to-date on shots, HW negative. and on heartworm prevention. He is ready to join a loving family - could that family be yours?
This dog is a CRT rescue. Reference checks, adoption contract and $200 adoption fee required. .
