Gabie's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Gabie's Story...
Gabie weighs eleven pounds and is SO happy to be in your lap. She's great in the car, house trained, and crate trained. She's fostered with another small dog and is a super companion to him. She's totally unconcerned about cats and comfortable with them. She's a best friend kind of girl who adores her chosen human :). She's received full vet services (heartworm tested negative, spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, examined by a vet). If you'd like to meet her, she's fostered in north Huntsville, AL. Please email info@FORrescue.net to speak with her foster mom. You may also complete our dog application at www.FORrescue.net. Thank you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gabie, a Chattanooga Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua for sale in Chattanooga, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Chattanooga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chattanooga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chattanooga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chattanooga paves the way for another one to be saved.
