Weight: 10 lbs
Age: 3 years
Personality: Sweet and friendly, active, typically terrier personality
Coat: Silky, NON-SHEDDING, will require regular grooming
Training: Sit and wait, would benefit from a training class
Potty trained: 80%, did mark for a week after first arriving, but does not now
Health: Excellent
History: Gus was rescued from South Korea with his brother Romeo. Their mom dumped the dogs when she found out she was pregnant! They were saved from euthanasia by angels at a wonderful rescue in Korea, but they have been unable to find a forever home, so they were sent to the USA to find their forever home. Gus is being fostered by the family who adopted Romeo.
Fostered in: Los Angeles
Type of home: Gus would be perfect for a person who enjoys spending time with their dog. He loves to sit on laps and to be held, but he also loves strutting his stuff on a walk! He looks so proud as he walks! Gus would be comfortable in either an apartment or house, with a retired or working person, a single or couple, or family with kids, age 8 or older. He enjoys the company of other animals, but he would also be suitable for a single dog household.
Crate trained: YES
Good with Dogs: YES
Good with Kids: YES
Good with Cats: YES, did not react to cat at vet's office
Adoption fee (non-refundable): $300
All dogs are fully vetted, tested for heartworm, microchipped, and up to date with vaccinations.
Our adoption process looks like this:

5. Final approval and adoption finalized
Our volunteers, donors and adopters mean the world to us! Without you, we couldn't do what we do - saving the lives of abused, neglected and abandoned dogs and providing them with a loving forever home.
