Mr. Owl's Story...
Mr. Owl...more like Mr. Cool! I don't want to brag or anything, but you know your the coolest kid on the block when even the cat ladies like you! Yep, I said it. I am loved by both dog and cat lovers. Don't think I'm the coolest dude at the shelter..well I don't give a hoot! Since I stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure I've earned that bragging right. Kids, cats, dogs..I've seen them all and nobody could phase me. I just go with the flow, and keep on keeping on. If your ready for an easy-going guy to add to your family then come adopt me!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mr. Owl, a Darlington Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Darlington, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Darlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Darlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Darlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Darlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
