My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bandit and his friend Jaxon were very much loved in a happy home until their owner needed to travel for work and could no longer keep them.

Bandit is the kind of pup who really needs a companion dog in his new home. He needs to be close to another pup and takes great satisfaction in having a good friend.

If you already have a nice little compatible dog who needs a companion, Bandit would be happy to keep your pup company. If you do not already have a dog and would like to adopt two little muchkins who will keep each other company, you are welcome to adopt both Bandit and Jaxon (fee reduced). They really are cute together !

We were told that Bandit is good with both kids and other dogs. He is a friendly and confident boy, a typical wiggle worm Doxie who likes to stay active.

He is loving and likes to give rocket kisses. He makes new friends easily and bonds very quickly. He absolutely adores home, his family, and having a companion pup and feels that life is totally grand when he has all these. He would really enjoy a home where someone was home fairly often since he gets lonely pretty easily.

Bandit is probably housetrained. He holds it until he is taken out on the leash and then potties like a girl.

Bandit is a Doxie, and like many Doxies, tends to be a food hound. He values food so much that he would rather not be disturbed when he is eating so he might be best in a home without little toddlers who might grab his food

Bandit is an energetic boy and will probably enjoy going on some nice, long walks with you and a companion pup.

Bandit is 16 pounds and 3 years old. His fur is a little sparse right now but should improve significantly with good nutrition.
