found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed and up to date with shots.
Anna is a seven pound puppy, probably around 7 to 9 months old, who thinks a life lived well is a life full of cuddles, hugs and kisses. She is a very affectionate girl who makes new friends quickly and will pop up on a welcoming lap at the slightest invitation. She loves tummy rubs and bonds quickly to new loved ones. She values her family and friends tremendously; love is grand!
She is a little bit timid and submissive right at first, but warms up within minutes, especially if you have a tasty little treat for her.
Anna definitely has a silly, playful side and is a fun little companion just as soon as she starts feeling comfy, which does not take long at all. She has a cheerful, agreeable nature and always looks like she has a gentle smile on her adorable face.
She loves being caressed and handled and smooched and is relaxed when she is being carried around. She may climb up on your neck for closer snuggles!
Anna is an alert little watch dog, attentive to any sounds and movements, but seems to be a fairly quiet girl and often does not even bark at new stuff, just watches intelligently.
She enjoys her walks and is comfy and good on the leash. Since she is a young girl, she will certainly enjoy nice walks and adventures in her new home. She has a very pleasant, peaceful energy level. She can be active and bouncy or quiet and cuddly, whatever you need at the time. She is quite adaptable. She is calm in her crate.
This precious little girl will certainly make her new family very happy. We do not know if she is housetrained yet but she was owner surrendered to the Randolph County shelter (before she came to us) and she has not had any accidents at all. She aims to please and should be easy to acclimate to her new home.
Since Anna is such a tiny girl, it would be best if her new home does not have toddlers who may accidentally injure her. She should be perfectly fine and a good friend to well behaved older children. She is fine with other dogs and could be an only dog or a companion to another tiny pup.
