Jack's Story...
Jack is red and white Chihuahua/Terrier mix who was born on October 10, 2014. This very sweet fellow gets along well with other dogs and people of all ages! Jack has a gorgeous, graceful, slender build, with longer legs. He was born with one non-functioning small eye, which was prone to chronic dry-eye... the eye was causing him discomfort so after much thought and consideration it was determined that the best course of treatment was to remove the eye. It has healed completely, and Jack is ready to find his forever home. He has been vet checked, neutered, vaccinated, and de-wormed. Call 507-451-4512 to meet Jack in his foster home. Jack's adoption fee is $200. (CE)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jack, a Owatonna Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Owatonna, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Owatonna.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Owatonna already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Owatonna breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Owatonna paves the way for another one to be saved.
