Paisley, 5 year old, Female, Weimaraner. Paisley’s family situation is changing, so the family has made the difficult decision to rehome her due to lack of time to spend with her. She loves to go hiking, biking, and swimming. Paisley has lots of obedience skills (sit, down, got to bed, shake, and high five) and she would love to practice them for you – especially if a treat is involved! Paisley has been around children, but older kids would be best. She is good with most other dogs. However, small dogs make her a bit nervous and she chases cats. So a home with larger dogs and no kitties would be best. While Paisley can live with another dog, Paisley can live with another dog, she tends to want to “be in charge,” so she will need a submissive dog buddy. However, she can also be an “only child” and can stay home alone while her humans are away. She also tends to bark and carry on at other dogs when she is on leash, but then warms up quickly to them when off leash. Paisley is crate trained, house trained and up to date on vaccines.
