Here's what the humans have to say about me:
DOB March 19, 2012.
Chaska is a small, slight girl, all black except for a blaze of white fur on her throat and a sprinkling of white hairs on her chest. She was found frozen stiff under a car on the coldest night of last winter. She was revived and treated by expert vets and has made a slow but steady recovery. The great care and treatment she received means that Chaska is in perfect health with no underlying medical issues. The only traces of the frostbite that she experienced are an endearingly floppy right ear, a missing inch of the tip of her tail, and tenderness in her paw pads as they continue to heal.
Chaska has no behavioural quirks, is fully litter trained, and has adapted quickly to indoor home life. She has integrated well into a multi-cat home, where she has been fostered since she was released from vet care.
Chaska is a shy girl, but that is only because of her history as a street cat and her unfortunate exposure to frostbite. She has a naturally affectionate nature, and loves her hugs and caresses. She doesn't appear to have an aggressive bone in her body, standing down and hiding if she ever feels a threat.
Though she is still wary of people at first, she eventually warms up and always wants to be petted, rubbed, or caressed. Won't you consider giving this sweetheart her forever home?
