UNO's Story...
Uno is a handsome grey 16 week old male kitten. Uno loves his human companions and will call out for you when he's wandered off and not sure where you are. He loves to be near and always up for a good cuddle, but Uno also has just the right amount of independence where he will keep himself entertained chasing a ball, watching the outdoors from a windowsill or napping in his favorite chair. If his great personality weren't enough, Uno is also very handsome. He's got a lovely marked, sleek grey coat and smart, soft yellow eyes. Uno gets along with cats and dogs; just an all around great guy. Uno is vetted, neutered and ready for his forever home. Uno is located in Jersey City but for a perfect home delivery may be arranged. For more info email his foster mom at desteneastyles@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

UNO, a Ridgewood Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Ridgewood, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Ridgewood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ridgewood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ridgewood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ridgewood paves the way for another one to be saved.
