Sadie's Story...
Sweet gentle Sadie was unfortunate when her owner passed away and faced going to a gassing shelter. And if that wasn't bad enough, her four legged companion, and best friend, soon passed away from old age. Now Sadie finds herself alone and longing for the soft touch and love she once had. She may be older in years but she will never tire of being pet and cuddled with. She is quiet and calm and doesn't require much at all but closeness with someone. If you are looking for a calm companion to hang out with you and are willing to give a deserving senior a second chance at love and closeness please send your inquiry to RickyC68@aol.com and please include a phone number where you can be reached. Thank you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sadie, a Simsbury Rat Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier for sale in Simsbury, or seeking a Rat Terrier dog from a breeder in Simsbury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Simsbury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Simsbury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier breeders who help with Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Simsbury paves the way for another one to be saved.
