Marley's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.

Marley's Story...
Marley is quite possibly the most affectionate kitten we have ever seen.
He runs at the mention of his name, always needs to be in the loop, and is endlessly playful and mischievous. Marley will waste no time, he will incite himself into almost every aspect of your life- he will want to meet your friends… and they will like him more then they do you! He will help you with cooking and even getting dressed, he will become the expert control or for any task you undertake, and he will make it his business to wake you up every morning with that precious Marley special- head bumps.

This amazing boy likes other animals, and would do good in any home.
He is already neutered, up to date with his shots and Felv and FIV negative.

All he is missing is a human to call his own.
Contact us at 1.800.880.2684 or adopt@emptycagescollective.org if you are Marley's person. You'll be forever glad you did!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Marley, a Brooklyn Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
