My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please visit our main website at www.boxer-rescue-la.com for most recent list of available Boxers and to fill out an adoption application. Due to the volume of inquiries our volunteers receive we are unable to reply to inquiries without a completed adoption application.

Lola came to live with her current owners when their son left her to them. Many people inherit pets and keep it all in the family. Unfortunately both of Lola’s retired owners are facing major health crisis and possible hospitalization and they will be unable to care for Lola long term. Lola is a mild mannered girl and is housebroken. She lived with another Boxer when still with the son. She has not been out and about much so many needs some re-introducing to other dogs in her life. Lola is not fond of small yappy dogs that rush her and get under her feet. She would probably be just fine with a nice calm male large dog. She is perfectly happy as the only dog in her home right now. She has been around kids and loves them. She is able to stay at home alone without destruction. All that Lola needs is a future where her people will be home and healthy to share a long life with her.

Lola is not at BRLA. If you would like to meet her sufficient advance notice is required to set up meeting.
