My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Daisy is a stunningly beautiful 1-2 year old girl. We think she is a Great Pyrenees mix with her long, flowing white coat and her gorgeous brown eyes, however she is small in size at only 35 lbs. But like most stunningly beautiful girls, Daisy wants to be the queen of her castle, and she does NOT want to share her throne with any other lowly domesticated animals like a dog or a cat. Daisy is very sweet towards her people and LOVES belly rubs and chasing tennis balls. She will thrive in a home where she is the center of attention with no competition from other pets. Her current foster home, like most, has several other dogs waiting for homes, so it hasn’t been an ideal situation for her. Since the weather has improved, Daisy and her foster mom are taking leash walks often, and she loves them. This girl mostly stays outside in a kennel, but has stayed inside in a crate many nights during this awful winter. She has done great with no accidents and sleeps quietly all night. She also enjoys car rides. Little is known about Daisy's history. She was in a high kill pound in rural TN back in the spring of 2014. Her rescuer was going to get her out then, but someone else got her first. Amazingly, her rescuer was at that same pound again in the fall of 2014, and Daisy had been left there again! This time we got her first! This girl has been bounced around, and something in her past has made her very defensive around other dogs. She deserves her chance to be the queen of her castle with a loving family that wants only her. If you are a one pet family, please consider this sweet, eager to please, loving girl for your next dog. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. CONTACT US AT 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com
