Timmy is a goofy and lovable young pure bred German Shepherd who really needs a Shepherd savvy owner who can polish this boy into the diamond that he truly can be. He is so friendly and loving and hasn’t had very good owners in the first 18 months of his young life. One owner just put him on a chain after they adopted him from a small rural shelter. Well he got off the chain and ended up at Animal Control again, so the director said Critter Cavalry Rescue could take him and find the RIGHT home this time. Timmy weighs about 80 pounds and is very strong as you can imagine. He just wants love and fun out of life with his people. He is great with other dogs, may be a little too much to be around children under 8 years of age because he doesn’t know why he should not jump up on you for affection. We are working on that, and he will require continue training with this as well from his new adopters. Timmy is a fabulous dog that once trained, will shine like a diamond in the sun.
