Xena's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Xena's Story...
Xena is a 7-month-old Rottweiler x Collie mix puppy. She gets along well with other dogs, but has a bit of a problem with chasing cats. So no kitties in this girl's home please!
Xena is friendly with people, including children.
She is a very active girl with a lot of puppy energy. So she would love a home where she gets a lot of walks and stimulation. She LOVES to play fetch with anyone that will play with her.
Xena is housetrained and crate trained, and knows basic commands.
Xena's adoption fee is $250 and includes her spay, current vaccinations, de-worming, microchip, leash, collar, and some food. Adoption forms can be found at www.cleoskarmacaninerescue.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Xena, a Duchess Rottweiler/Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler/Collie for sale in Duchess, or seeking a Rottweiler/Collie dog from a breeder in Duchess.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Duchess already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Duchess breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler/Collie breeders who help with Rottweiler/Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Duchess paves the way for another one to be saved.
