My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Maddie and boy do I have a story for you. In March of this year I was found abandoned and captured by Animal Control. I was also pregnant. Gail's Pets rescued me from there as it is a kill-facility and I arrived at the shelter on March 25th. I gave birth to my four puppies on March 27th! They are named Merlin, Mimi, Major and Milo and are growing like weeds. Unfortunately I don't remember what breed their dad was.

I am a very friendly dog, love people and am busy taking care of my puppies at the moment. I am a good momma. I can't leave the shelter until after they are weaned and then I need to be spayed and get my immunizations. I think that would be the middle of June.

There is only one picture of me at the moment, but the people here at the shelter hope to get some more soon!
