Samuel Jackson's Story...
Samuel Jackson is a 7 year old, black and tan miniature poodle that is gentle, super quiet, super sweet and just a tad bit shy. He weighs 16.5 pounds.
Samuel Jackson walks well on a leash and rides well in a car and loves to sleep in the bed with his foster mom. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations including a bordatella for kennel cough and is heartworm negative. If you would like to adopt Samuel Jackson the first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. Please remember we are all volunteers.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Samuel Jackson, a Allentown Miniature Poodle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Poodle for sale in Allentown, or seeking a Miniature Poodle dog from a breeder in Allentown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allentown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allentown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Poodle breeders who help with Miniature Poodle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allentown paves the way for another one to be saved.
