My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cinders is a darling senior cocker spaniel about 9-10 years old. She arrived in rescue covered in mats and clearly very neglected. She was shy to the touch and unsure of everyone. After her mats were removed, we were so happy to meet the lovely little lady underneath! Our vet evaluation determined that Cinders is diabetic (we give her 2 very easy-to-administer shots of insulin daily) and she also lost most of her vision (but she gets around great once she knows her environment). We're looking for a loving forever home comfortable with Cinders' medical condition OR a long-term foster home so that she can continue to be drenched in love and affection for however long she needs to remain in rescue. An adoption or foster application can be completed anytime at http://www.OnMyWayHomeRescue.com.
