Facts about Tiger

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Tiger Striped
  • Age: Young
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Short
Meet Tiger, a funny, feisty, fly-catching character of a teen kitten. Tiger was an intercept before being surrendered at a local high kill shelter. An elderly man had saved him from being abandoned by another person, but then discovered he had allergies. This little guy would not have survived at the shelter for long. . He lives to play and chase flies, leaping up to capture them just like catching a pop fly (pun intended). He is very independent but he does like to be petted gently from head to tail when he takes a breather. He seems to get along with other cats, though they probably find him annoying since he just wants to play most of the time. Tiger needs a family with some school aged kids to keep him busy. He has beautiful stripes and swirly markings, almost like a bullseye. He is up to date on his shots, neutered, tested negative for FeLV and FIV and is microchipped. Come meet him in person. He is delightful. Application, home check and adoption fee required.

About Sierra Pacific Furbabies

About Our Rescue Group...

We rescue animals from high kill shelters or abandoned local strays and foster them until they find an adoptive home. Our southern branch also goes out on emergency rescue calls for cats in drain and sewer pipes, up trees, stuck in walls etc. Transport in available up and down the state of CA. We also TNR local stray and feral populations. The plight of homeless animals moves us deeply. It is unspeakably horrific to see gentle loving animals killed simply because they are homeless. While we cannot save them all, each one saved deserves it. We are a 501c3 registered, CA non-profit corporation.
