Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oscer is a beautiful male ring neck. He is older, but still very active. He is missing a few toes, but gets around ok. He can be clumsy and needs perches that have grippy material on it. He is very chirpy at certain times of the day. He is not aggressive toward hands, but is very afraid of them. He has never been worked with or handled.
