Boozer*URGENT*'s Story...
Boozer is a Shelter Puppy Dog:
adoption date is 4-19-08 and can be put to sleep any time after the adoption date, As of this Month this Pooch is still at the shelter in need of rescue

Boozer is around 2 to 3 years old, Size: Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg) , walks on a leash, sits when I asked, appears to be super sweet & loving, happy, full of love & fun, pretty well mannered, playful, house trained, enjoys rides in the car NO CATS and is a special dog in need of a family or companion(s) to love.

The kennel attendant said she feels Boozer would love to be a hunting and fishing companion. Dawn gave a little test by looking in Boozer's mouth, pulling on his ears and tail, holding his paws and giving little kisses and hugs. Boozer appeared to past the test with no problems, he is a very handsome young man with a lot of love to give his new family. Like all of our shelter dogs, we suggest a well fenced yard for Boozer to play and be safe in. We feel he make one outstanding companion for the family. If you wish, Boozer can be tested around Dogs & Cats here at the shelter.

Act quickly to adopt Boozer*URGENT*. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boozer*URGENT*, a Grass Valley Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Coonhound for sale in Grass Valley, or seeking a Coonhound dog from a breeder in Grass Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grass Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grass Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Coonhound breeders who help with Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grass Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
