My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sheba is a solid white German Shepherd who once belonged to an elderly man that has cancer. He was considering turning her over to us, to find a home for her because he could no longer care for her. She and another dog that belonged to this gentleman got away and Sheba was hit by a car. The two dogs went and crawled under a storage building that belonged to one of our volunteers. Sheba had to have extensive surgery on her leg and had to have a steel rod in it for 2 months. The rod is now out and she is ready to go to her forever home. Sheba gets along well with cats and other dogs of her size. She has a sweet disposition as the Shepherds do. Sheba just needs someone that will help her get those muscles strengthened back up in her leg. This girl deserves so much love. Would this be your home?
