Baker's Story...
Baker was left behind with his 3 siblings when his owner moved and left them behind. His momma was an Alaskan Shepherd and his dad was a yellow lab. He will be a good size dog when he is full grown. He is full of love and gets a long with everyone and everything. Please consider this handsome boy for your new family pet.

He will be fully vetted at time of adoption. We will be taking deposits if you would like to hold him but we cannot release him until his vetting is complete which includes his neutering.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Baker, a Hartford Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Hartford, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Hartford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hartford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hartford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hartford paves the way for another one to be saved.
