Meet Elsie! This dynamic, little 18 pound cutie has been working hard caring for her litter of 7...that's right, SEVEN...puppies, while in foster care, and now she's ready to find a forever home to call her own, where she can have some much deserved fun and relaxation.
Elsie is perky, super-friendly, and highly alert. She's also about 2 years old and has an adorable, stub for a tail and a winning disposition.
Elsie's foster mom is also her veterinarian, so please text (225) 933-7572, for more information about meeting or adopting this FABULOUS little canine.
