Cocoa's Story...
Cocoa is a Hound/Miniature Pinscher mix (or at least that's our best guess). Her estimated DOB is 11/2011 which means that she still has more growing and more learning to do. Cocoa is at a foster home where she plays very energetically with several other dogs, but like most young dogs when she's tired she just stops and she then falls into the closest lap. Cocoa is very inquisitive and playful but neither words nor pictures can capture how sensitive, loving, and absolutely fun Cocoa is. You must meet her to believe it.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cocoa, a Parkville Hound (Unknown Type)/Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Miniature Pinscher for sale in Parkville, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Parkville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Parkville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Parkville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Parkville paves the way for another one to be saved.
