Tuff's Story...
This is Tuff, and things have certainly been 'tuff' for him so far in his life. Just about 1 year ago, when he was a small puppy, he was seen being thrown from a car. He has just found himself back at the shelter for being . . . well for being a dog. He is a wonderful German Shepherd mix who loves people and seems to like other dogs as well. He is housebroken and has good house manners. Oh, did we mention that he loves kids! He couldn't be more handsome, but given his size he might be best for an experienced dog owner. Tuff would love to prove to someone how devoted and dependable he can be if given a chance. He needs someone who will give him the love and stability that every dog needs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tuff, a Parkville Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Husky puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Husky for sale in Parkville, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Husky puppy from a breeder in Parkville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Parkville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Parkville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Husky breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Parkville paves the way for another one to be saved.
