Miki's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Miki's Story...
Have you always wanted a cat, but for some reason, it never happened? You or your significant other are, perhaps, allergic? Well, here’s your chance to bring a very unique type of cat into your family- a cat-dog. While we are still fighting to make this an AKC registered breed, we will settle for the title “Klee Kai” or, simply, “Miki”.

Miki is a cat-dog through and through. Beautiful but aloof? Check. Able to climb impossible heights to silently judge you from atop the refrigerator? Check. Enjoys human companionship but pretends she doesn’t, and has refined avoiding being touched to an art? Check. Wrap all that up in a 14lbs miniature-husky package, and you have Miki.

Miki has had a difficult life. After being bounced from breeding facility to breeding facility, Miki ended up out on the streets with a severely injured leg that required amputation. With lots of TLC, Miki has recovered from her past, and is living a full life with three-fourths of her original limbs.

As a cat-dog, Miki loves being surrounded by others of her kind- both cats and dogs- and would do best in a home with at least one other animal companion. She would also do best with a fenced yard, so that she can bask in the wilderness while being safe and secure.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Miki, a Denver Siberian Husky/Spitz (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky/Spitz (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Denver, or seeking a Siberian Husky/Spitz (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky/Spitz (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Siberian Husky/Spitz (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
