My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

4/23/15 - Meet Merlot

Born: 2/14/15 (valentine's day puppy)
Mom: Sheltie Mix (mom is Olive who may also be posted)
Current Size at almost 10 weeks: about 5 lbs.
Guesstimated Adult Size: 20-30lbs.
Trait: Very loving, playful, we call him our "teacup rottie" due to his looks.

He is a very petite puppy with a small frame (like mom). He likes to play, sleep, eat and poop (just like a baby).

He would be fine with other dogs big or small as long as they're are mindful of her as in not going to step on her by accident or otherwise.

Merlot (and no, he doesn't know her name) is not yet house-trained though would be fine crated or gated. He's not a climber and pretty much just takes things as they come.

This baby will be spayed in a couple weeks (at 12 wks or later) and ready for a furever home that is ready for a puppy!

If you are interested in adopting, please complete an adoption application located at
https://dogsunlimited.wufoo.com/forms/adoption-application-for-dogs-unlimited-rescue/

All Dogs Unlimited Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on all shots, and are given a monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative. Upon adoption, all vet records and any current medications are provided to the adopter.

THE SUBMISSION OF YOUR APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE AN ADOPTION NOR DOES IT OBLIGATE YOU TO ADOPT. Multiple applications are accepted for any available pet and a home is chosen that is the best match between the available pet and the potential furever family. Your application will be processed as quickly as possible and if approved, a home visit would be scheduled. No adoption is final until an Adoption Agreement is presented and agreed to by both parties.

Our goal is to find the right match of our dogs to their new family so all involved are furever happy! Questions: email adopt@dogsunlimitedrescue.org

And THANK YOU for considering a rescue dog for your family!
