My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello all, my name is Denali and I love cuddling! I am a friendly girl who loves attention from everyone! I tend to startle people because I am very vocal. (Did someone say WooWoo?) I am originally from the Oregon coast and came to Wyoming with my family. I am currently living in Colorado with a very nice foster mom, she is awesome! I am sharing space with a sweet male dog, and we keep the squirrels in the trees in our back yard. I love the outdoors, I enjoy small hikes, walks, car rides, being brushed and cuddling as much as I can. I have a wonderful mal smile and sweet personality. Unfortunately, I do not get along with livestock, that’s what got me in trouble to begin with. I get along with submissive male dogs; however, I am the dominant girl! I do get along with cats, (check out my video). I would prefer a home with older children as I am a bit protective of my leg (I have an old injury) and my backend; so I do not appreciate rough housing. I will be 6 in August, I’m spayed, and super sweet! If you think I should be the only dog in your home, I’m okay with that, I just want someone who can spend time getting to know me (and cuddling me)!
