Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Chopper is a 10 year old Cairn Terrier recently released from a commercial breeding facility. As you can tell from his little ear, he did not have life easy. He is definitely a little "velcro" kid. He sleeps in a kennel very nicely. House training is a new concept but he never destroys anything. He gets along well with his foster four-legged canine friends and a feline too! He loves hoarding all the soft toys but does not fight over them. His foster mother thinks he's a doll and loves cuddling with him.
Adoption donation for Chopper is $150 and goes toward the high cost of veterinary care for our rescue dogs.
Wag N Train Terrier Rescue adopts only to people living in states neighboring Nebraska and requires the adopter to travel to Omaha, NE to pick up their newly adopted dog. We do not transport or fly our rescue dogs. A securely fenced yard is necessary to adopt one of our terriers. Please note, invisible or underground fencing is not considered secure or appropriate containment for terriers.
