My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mercy is a handsome, medium hair, orange tabby cat that was found in a parking lot in Eagle Lake, Texas. He suffered multiple bite wounds in his hind area that were infected and abscessed. The rescuer brought him back to health, neutered, microchipped him and got him fully vetted. Unfortunately, his years living outside as an intact male has left him FIV positive. FIV is not a death sentence and Mercy has a good chance of surviving many years in good health. Mercy's birthdate is approximately 04/2012. He gets along well with some cats but can be aggressive to other cats. We are looking for someone that will give Mercy and indoor home for the rest of his life--either as an only cat or with other FIV positive cats. For more information on adopting Mercy, please call Adele at 281-342-0829 or email amirshak@gmail.com. His adoption fee is $50.00. Thanks for considering a special needs animal.
