Adoption Process: Please visit http://heavenlypawsmi.com/adoptions and fill out an Adoption Questionnaire.

MEET CHLOE: Chloe is a sweet 124lbs. Great Dane. She will be 6 years old on July 13, 2015. Chloe loves to go for car rides and lounge around the house. Don't let the grey around her eyes and mouth fool you, Chloe loves to play tug of war and fetch. She is doing very well taking walks with a gentle lead. Chloe loves to chase squirrels, so she will need a fenced in yard. She is not good with small children due to her size, and she needs to be an only doggie. Chloe knows some commands: sit, lay down, and come. She is looking for someone who has room in their heart and home furever!

Adoption Costs: There is a $150.00 adoption fee to support the care and well being of all of our adoptable pets. Heavenly Paws of Michigan is a strong supporter of spay and neutering. Thank you for your interest in saving a shelter dog.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chloe, a Rochester Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in Rochester, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in Rochester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rochester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rochester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rochester paves the way for another one to be saved.
