Woody's Info...

Woody's Story...
You got a friend in me! I will be there like a silent observer, watching you grow and mature before my very eyes. Just tell me you will never grow out of your love and commitment to me! I will have no love or commitment for cats, though, and I just want to be upfront about that. They are almost as bad as Zurg. My heart is only for you. And respectful children. My heart is only for you and your respectful children. Well, and other dogs, but that's it! My heart is only for you, your respectful children, and other dogs. I have had a wonderful set of nights dreaming away in my crate about how happy I can make my new family. Of all the time we’ll spend together, cuz I do like to be with my people whenever possible; I’m no ‘leave me in the backyard and forget about me’ type of guy. I’m a ‘let’s go on a adventure together and then snuggle up on the couch’ kind of guy. I am tired of playing make-believe though, I want that real honest forever love! We can write our very own Dog Story! But instead of getting lost and found, you can just come find me and love me. I'll be here. 2 years old-52lbs. My adoption fee is $180 and includes neuter, microchip, reduced-cost training class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Woody, a Portland Siberian Husky/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Portland, or seeking a Siberian Husky/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Siberian Husky/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
