Dylan is just an adorable love muffin. His one blue eye and curly tail really make him stand out! This boy is incredibly friendly - all he wants to do is give you some love & get some in return. He’s about 3 1/2 years old and plays great with other dogs. He doesn't have to necessarily go to a home with another dog although I am sure he wouldn't mind. He CANNOT go to a home with cats.
Dylan is friendly with people although he can be cautious around people he doesn't know well and even more so with men. Dylan needs a family that has the time and patience to gain his complete trust. Once Dylan understands that you are his friend he will want nothing but to cuddle and give you kisses. He even tends to think he is a lap dog! Once you win over his heart he will be the greatest companion! Dylan does become very attached to his "people" and can be protective, so he needs someone who is understanding and willing to work with him. He really is super sweet and truly deserves to find a loving forever home.
Dylan should go to a home where his owners have dog experience. He needs someone who isn't afraid to show their dominance. Dylan likes to think he is in charge but needs to be reminded that his owners are the alpha. Once he settles into a home environment and learns his place he really is the greatest dog. If you would like to know more about me ask my previous foster mom Amber.
If you'd like to meet him, please complete an application at www.ehrdogs.org & be sure to mention his name - DYLAN!
