My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Andy and Bunny are at risk after 6/25 to go to an animal shelter unless we can find a foster home with them individually or together or an adoptive home. Contact our rescue if you can foster or want to adopt. We can place each dog individually. Only avl for adoption in CA. Our rescue has been asked to assist with rehoming Andy and his female buddy, Bunny. The daughters of the owner have said they would consider adopting out either dog separately but there that dog will need to be the only dog in the household. Cats are fine. Here is his bio. Andy's bio: Andy is 8 y Here is his bio. Andy's bio: Andy is 8 years old and neutered. He is a tri-colored extra long bundle of corgi love! But don't be fooled by those short legs. He loves walks and is well-behaved on leash, but he is especially happy playing fetch with the ball and then nuzzling at your feet when he gets tired out. This is a companion dog that will shadow you around the house and give you his loyal devotion. Andy is a pedigreed Pembroke Corgi sired by a prize-winning mother and father owned by a California breeder. He is neutered, house trained and loves all people, including children. However, he does not get along with all dogs and should be kept on a leash when in a public place or with dogs he does not know. He does guard his food so needs to be fed. He currently lives with 3 cats and a second corgi named Bunny. Bunny is a female 7-year-old tricolor corgi and they need to be adopted together without other dogs in the household. His owner suffered a severe stroke and is unable to care for them. She dearly loves her dogs and is very concerned that they be placed with a loving individual or family. Breed Color : Tri-Color Weight : 35 Health: Very healthy. Personality: Andy is a happy dog. Loves all people. Exercise needs: Moderate. Does best with daily walks. Enjoys playing with the ball. Behavior with Children: He needs an adult home or one with older children. Behavior with other animals: Good with cats He needs to be kept on leash in public or with dogs he does not know. Housetraining: Yes 8 years male neutered

These two bonded dogs need to be adopted together with no other dogs in the household. Cats are fine. Adoption process and donation for each dog applies. Discount for qualified adopter who will adopt both dogs.
