My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

LEO
7 year old, Male Brown Spotted Tabby with Rosettes Bengal

COURTESY POST: Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is helping facilitate the adoption of this cat. We take no responsibility for the health and medical records of this cat. It is the responsibility of the owner and adopter to discuss this.

Leo is a beautiful retired breeder cat. Just look at his gorgeous markings. This lovely cat has gone through some difficult times. We thought we had finally found him a home where he could be the King of the Castle – meaning an only cat – but unfortunately the previous adopters decided to bring home another Bengal kitten even though we had made it very clear that Leo will not tolerate another feline, and since that stressed Leo out, he was promptly returned.

Lesson learned. We will now only adopt him to someone who will guarantee that he will be and remain an only cat and that as long as Leo roams this earth, there will not be another cat or dog in his forever home. With such an exquisite boy in a home, who needs competition anyway? The lucky adopter will be rewarded with a loving boy who is a purr machine with his kind and understanding human. He was fostered by the young lady you can see in some of the pictures where he was the happiest, cuddliest, and connected kitty you can imagine. She showered him with kisses and affection and he was thriving in her care. Unfortunately, she was not able to keep him.

He has a sweet, quiet voice and loves to be close by his human companion. If you are looking for a quiet, low energy gentleman who will greet you with a little chirp when you walk in the door, you may want to consider adopting this wonderful boy. And if Leo can have a say in this whole process, he has indicated that we should give preference to a woman who promises him a permanent home.

If you are committed to having only one stunning cat in your life, please contact Constanza at 415-453-5500 or at constanzaperry@gmail.com or send an Adoption Application.
Please note that Leo is not in a Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue foster home but residing with his caretaker in Merced while being placed in his forever home. Adoption Fee Applies.
