My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hank- We recently rescued a litter of Boxer/Sharpei/Mountain Cur pups, born March 21, 2015. Each of our pups has been seen by the vet and will have received their first set of shots. All of the pups will also be spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Along with pups, we rescued their mama who appears to be a full blooded Mountain Cur (not available for adoption). She has got the sweetest most laid back disposition and her pups seem to take after her. We were fortunate enough to get a picture of the daddy that we’ve posted as well. We are just discovering our puppies’ personalities. All are unique little individuals. NOTE: Mom and dad both have bobbed tails. Hank has a half-length tail. Puppies are eating solid food. This pup gets along with other dogs, cats and children. Please follow our facebook page for updated photos. Part of the joy of fostering puppies, is to teach housetraining. We cannot guarantee that each pup will be fully housebroken at the time of adoption, but they will be working on in. PUPPIES WILL NOT HAVE HAD RABIES OR BORDATELLA VACCINE DUE TO AGE. APPLICATION AND HOME VISIT REQUIRED. ADOPTION FEE IS $350.
Bluegrass Senior Dog Rescue recruits individuals to foster our dogs on a temporary or permanent basis. The rescue pays for all of the dog’s veterinary care and monthly preventatives for the life of the dog while in foster care.
NOTE-Fosters must live within 100 mile radius of Georgetown KY.
**Adoption and foster applications can be found on our website BGSDR.com
**We are limited to the numbers of photos we can put on each adoption web site. To see more pictures of our dogs, visit our FB page Bluegrass Senior Dog Rescue.
BLUEGRASS SENIOR DOG RESCUE ONLY FOSTERS/ADOPTS DOGS THAT ARE FULLY VACCINATED INCLUDING RABIES AND BORDATELLA AND ARE SPAYED/NEUTERED. BEGINNING 2015 ALL ANIMALS ARE MICROCHIPPED AND THE RESCUE PAYS THE REGISTRATION FEE.
