Obi-Wan's Story...
Well, hello there! Jedi Master Obi-Wan here to introduce you to myself and my new pal, Nero. Now, you may have heard of us before on the Team Cat page but I’ve got some updates for you! Perhaps I’ll tell you a bit about myself first before I reveal the big exciting surprise.

I am a little bit older now (wiser, he may be, as Yoda might say), and am looking for a place to settle down. The Force is still strong in me, but I don’t think I’ll need that to convince you to take me home once you get to know me. I am very grateful that I was saved from the shelter, and I promise I will show you that every day! I love sitting with you on all the comfy things, and I will be by your side every morning with head butts... because I do need love and cuddles! Lots of ‘em! Hey—-when you’re out defending the galaxy, you sure need some downtime at home with your human pals. I get along with everyone I’ve met so far—-dogs—-even other cats! And this is where the big exciting reveal comes in—-I’ve met a furever buddy named Nero! He’s a slick, beautiful black beauty! At six years old, he’s still busting with energy, and we sure do have fun chasing the Storm Trooper Toy mice around together! When Nero and I met-—it was like magic, we hit it off right away. I guess you could say we’re two partners in a podracer! We do everything together now.

Despite our lovely traits, both Nero and I have been overlook in the past because we are both FIV+. But thankfully, we haven’t been overlooked by Team Cat Rescue! You know why? Because we’re just two lovely normal cats lookin’ for a furever home. It’s purrfectly safe for us to be around FIV- cats.

My new bonded pal and I are looking for a home together; we’d be great with kids too! Those little jedis would make some pretty fun flying buddies for us! If you’re looking to adopt the coolest pair in the galaxy, look no further. Email today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Obi-Wan, a THORNHILL Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in THORNHILL, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in THORNHILL.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in THORNHILL already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a THORNHILL breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in THORNHILL paves the way for another one to be saved.
