Here's what the humans have to say about me:
BONNIE-POO
Apricot Poodle
Female
Came into rescue 4/24/15
Age: 6-8 years old
Wt: 6 lbs
Adoption Fee: $200
Bonnie is a delightful, affectionate little girl who wants to be someone's pocket pet. Bonnie loves to be petted, held and carried. She'll sometimes bark for attention or to let you know when she's hungry. Her animated face and wiggly attitude are hard to resist. Her ideal home will be with adults who are home most of the time. She wants to be your only dog so she gets all the attention. She doesn't seem to understand toys or how to play with other little dogs, but she loves her blankies. She'll scrunch them up into the perfect bed when she's not in your lap. She's also pretty good at playing dress-up. Bonnie doesn't mind wearing a sweater or t-shirt.
Bonnie-Poo had some bad teeth removed and she feels so much better now. She loves her food and doesn't care whether it's soft or crunchy. She's always ready to eat and snuggle.
Bonnie has never been trained to go potty outdoors. She has, however, been trained to use pee pads and she hasn't missed them yet! Bonnie doesn't understand being on a leash and is quite terrified of the great outdoors unless she's tucked safely in your arms. For this reason, she would be an ideal companion for someone who is retired or is home a lot. Bonnie will not appreciate children, so it's adults only for her. If you're looking for an indoor-only dog, you might consider this tiny little treasure of a poodle.
