Chambers's Story...
Rocky is a one year old -- 40 lb male Beagle/Australian Shepard mix. He originally came to our rescue with his 8 siblings as a sick little puppy named Chambers. Once healthy and vetted he was then adopted! Things have changed and his family is having to rehome him. He's a very friendly puppy! Great and gentle with kids and loves to run around and play! He loves to be loved on and scratched ?? Very playful and energetic and loves playing in the yard! He's utd, hw neg (tested below detectable levels) and neutered!

All dogs have a $150 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chambers, a Grand Bay Australian Shepherd/Beagle puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Beagle for sale in Grand Bay, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Beagle puppy from a breeder in Grand Bay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grand Bay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grand Bay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Beagle breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grand Bay paves the way for another one to be saved.
