Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rocco is an adorable 10 lb, 5 yr old terrier/silky terrier mix. He is housetrained and crate trained, and loves to cuddle with his beloved humans (and yes, he quite enjoys being a lap dog, thank you very much!). He is great with other dogs who are easy going and playful, and loves to be around gentle, well-behaved children. We think at some point Rocco may have been treated unkindly by a man, as he is a little more cautious and slow to warm up to strangers, but given space and the understanding that he will warm up once he feels safe, Rocco is nothing short of the life of the party! He absolutely adores car rides and going on adventures with his foster family. He does need basic leash training 101 as he likes to bark and lunge at other animals, cars, bicycles, and he is not into heeling. He is fine with people up close. In short, Rocco is just another beautiful diamond in the rough who only needs you to give him leadership, stability and as much love as you can handle! (PS - He looks magnificent in a bow-tie!)
