My name is Lucy! I am a one year old Shih Tzu and weigh 9.4 pounds. I have a crème colored coat with tan markings and beautiful long, black eyelashes. I love to eat, go for walks and am very cuddly with my foster parents, and I especially like to be held by them on the sofa. I get along well with my foster sisters too. I am not completely housetrained yet, but I am learning and am eager to please, so I will get the hang of it soon. So I will need some patience and guidance from my new family with that. I am a happy, happy, girl and am very active; I jump around, wag my tail, throw and shake my toys, love to watch birds, and give lots of kisses when my foster mom comes home from work. I sleep quietly in bed with my foster parents, snuggling right up against them, which makes me very happy! I ride very well in the car and enjoy going along with my foster parents whenever they can take me. I always want to be near my foster family, eager to spend time with them. Will you consider welcoming me into your family so I can have a forever family of my own?
Lucy is healthy, spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $370.00 plus $26.92 for a total of $396.92. Her foster mom would like her adoptive home to be within a reasonable driving distance of the Twin Cities and would also encourage them to attend the annual Shih Tzu Rescue Reunion held in June each year.
