My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Name’s Doug, and I wanna be your Dog. This is not my first rodeo, so I know the importance of politeness. I treat everyone in a kind and respectful manner, and I expect the same. I’m still in my prime with plenty of playful energy, but I’m not too proud to say that I am not a spring chicken anymore, so nice mellow days lounging in the sun, a stroll around the block, and a night of cuddling on the couch is my style. I do adore meeting new people, so sweet and sturdy kids who know how to respect their elders sound grand! I get along great with all the other dogs here but I don’t often run and play—I’d rather hang in the sun and catch some rays. I’m even used to sharing my home with cats. It should come as no surprise that I have got this crate training in the bag, and you can feel pretty confident about my housebreaking skills, too. That is me in a nutshell, so how’s about you start calling me Your Dog Doug.

9 years old-65lbs. My adoption fee is $120 and includes neuter, microchip, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, reduced-cost training class, leash/collar, toy & treat packet, food sample.
