Bitzy's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Bitzy's Story...
Bitzy #2758 is a 4-month-old female, Shepherd mix. This shy girl loves to cuddle once she warms up to you and will happily give kisses. She is good with other dogs and cats. We are working on leash and kennel training. We expect her to weigh no more than 45 pounds when full grown. Just like any puppy, this pup will need a loving home with an adopter that has the time to commit to continued puppy training to assist with house, leash and obedience training. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption form, downloadable from our website: http://www.lastchanceanimalrescue.org/adoptus.html and return it per instructions. Email dogs@lastchanceanimalrescue.org with questions. This pup should be available for adoption at our PUPPYPLAZOOZA event at the Columbia PetSmart on Saturday, May 16 from noon- 4 p.m.
Stay tuned to our Facebook page for adoption event locations and updates www.facebook.com/lcarmd.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bitzy, a Waldorf Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Waldorf, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Waldorf.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Waldorf already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Waldorf breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Waldorf paves the way for another one to be saved.
