I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.
Chalie Breed: Samoyed-Golden-x Sex: Female Age: 2 yrs old - D.O.B. March 9, 2006 Good with dogs: yes Good with cats: yes Good with kids: yes (but she can play a bit rough) Weight: about 70 lbs (needs to lose a few!) Status: Available This beautiful girl was surrendered to Rosie's because she was physically too large for her previous owner to handle. When she was originally purchased from a pet store, the woman who bought her was told this breed would reach about 40 pounds! Unfortunately for Chalie, the previous owner was grossly misinformed. Chalie is a sweet, gentle and happy young dog who is fully house-trained and has even graduated basic obedience. As such she knows all her basic commands in French and walks nicely on a leash. Because she is large and young, she has a fair amount of energy so will require an owner with a firm (but gentle) hand who will give her plenty of walks and exercise. With her foster, 10 minutes of roller-blading is enough to tire her out. Samoyeds and Goldens do shed, so she does require frequent brushing and grooming. Anyone who is considering bringing a new dog into their home would be well advised to first spend a little bit of time online and research the breed to make sure they will be getting a companion that is suitable to their lifestyle. If you think this beautiful dog is a good match for you, then please fill out an adoption questionnaire. Please fill out an application form if you think I could be the one for you!
This organization is run entirely by volunteers and we try our best to save as many homeless dogs as possible. Since there are only a few volunteers, please understand that we are unable to answer phone calls about the animals. The first step is to fill out an adoption application which you can find at: www.rosieanimaladoption.org . You will be contacted only if you are a suitable match. Rosie Animal Adoption does not have a shelter where you can come and meet the dogs. All showings are by appointment after your application has been approved, or at adoption clinics. If you have any questions, please email us at email@example.com . Please note, we do not adopt strays to families with children under 12.
