Dude DSH, neutered male, all vaccines current, Est DOB 2010. Dude is a sweet fellow who was taken for TNR while he was living in a Community Cat Colony. While he was under for his neuter, it was discovered that all his teeth were pretty well rotten and permission was given to remove them for the benefit of his health. He still can eat normal dry cat food, even if he is a bit messy with it. When he awoke it was discovered that he is very tame and must have been dumped in the colony. He's a sweet laid back fellow that doesn't seem to like big dogs very much, must be some history there. He really prefers to be without other cat company and must have been miserable in the colony where he lived so he would receive the once a day feeding done by an Angel for the kitties.
"In spite of my age I still like to be playful and am determined that I can catch that red dot that floats around my room sometimes. I love laps, and really enjoy sitting on one while we share a good TV program together. I love to be petted, but my hind side is a bit sensitive and I prefer my petting on the front end of my body. I like other cats, but mostly at a distance. I'm pretty independent and would prefer being an only pet. I wouldn't mind sharing you with a goldfish however. I'm to old to adjust to small children, but older children should be fine. I'm really more fond of males than females...I think it's the buddy thing. We guys like to pal around together don't we? I promise not to drink your beer, if you promise not to eat my kitty treats. If you're willing and ready to try this being pal things, so am I. Send Tom an email with your phone number and get the full blown brag on what a wonderful friend I will be. TPearse@leviton.com You won't be sorry." You can ask about me by Calling Tom at 828-437-4426. Dude is sponsored by Partners for Cats, so there is no adoption fee.

About Partners for Cats

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a group of people who are tired of the statistics where many more cats are killed by our Animal Control entities than are released after TNR or are placed in loving homes. We think that all cats can be saved and have joined to not only save cats but to educate the communities we live in about cats and hopefully generate compassion and love for them.

Donate to Our Rescue Group...

Come Meet Our Pets...

We are showing cats and kittens at the Tractor Supply in Morganton NC every other Saturday from 10a to 3p.

Our Adoption Process...

Must fill out an adoption application and be interviewed by a representative of Partners for Cats and/or the Caregiver who has physical custody of the cat. Adoption fees usually free but can be charged by the Caregiver. The emphasis is finding good kind people who will love and care for the specific cat. Donations are always appreciated, but an adoption fee not usually required.
