This little 8.5 lb., 6 month old Yorkie mix pup is Tootsie! Tootsie is a slightly shy and lovable baby that you won't be able to resist. She came into a local shelter, covered in fleas, and having a flea allergy. She lost some of her hair due to the fleas, but now all the fleas are gone, she's been groomed, and once the rest of her hair finishes growing back in, she'll be a stunning girl!
