My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dora is part of the "Great Eight" Ocho litter we recently brought up from a high kill shelter in rural Alabama. There is a great range of breed type in this litter, so while two of these tykes look very Golden Retriever-ish. we do think the fluffier coat might be coming from Australian Shepherds. Very unique look, with a shorter tail, as you can see! One of the most awesome things about rescue is that you get a true original, and Dora is certainly that, but as adorable as she can be! The litter all told shows soft, sensitive dispositions, and Dora is no exception, but she has a nature that is both chill....for a pup of her age....and quite friendly. She loves to both explore and sit with you, and should be a very pleasant puppy to raise. A real tail wagger, she will make an ideal family pet. Her adoption fee is $450 and she will be all set to go as soon as she has her spay appointment. ***IMPORTANT!***** The AlwaysAdopt Super Adoption Day is coming on June 7, so during this time we experience a tremendous amount of traffic on our site. If you think you might be interested to meet her, PLEASE submit an application with your initial inquiry, as we prioritize meet-and-greets by the order in which applications are received. This super adorable girl is apt to be scooped up very quickly. An application can be found on our Southpaws Express site or by emailing Lucy at maramuser@gmail.com. Thank you!
