This beautiful girl was abandoned at Pappy's Pet Lodge in Rockwall, so Ready 2 Rescue has agreed to take her. She's a young girl, and does not believe in the "do unto others" rule with other dogs, so she will need to be the only dog in the house. She prefers women; therefore, she would make a great protection dog to a single woman! Unfortunately, she is Heartworm positive, but Ready 2 Rescue will pay for her Heartworm treatment. Dogs can only get Heartworms by being bit by an infected mosquito, so they are not contagious to other dogs.
